Billing Specialist
Position Description:
- Processing, tracking and completing insurance premium payments
- Processing plan cancellations requests
- Issuing billing adjustments
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding payment inquiries
- Performing data entry & termination of insurance plans onto Company’s business software
- Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Requirements for this position include a high school diploma
- Two to three years experience working in billing preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Skills include: exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written skills, good quality research abilities, superior organizational skills, advanced multi-tasking, and the ability to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner
