Health Claims Customer Service Representative

 

Position Description

  • Call new/existing customers to inquire as to their current insurance situation
  • Call new/existing customers regarding new programs being offered
  • Determine the current needs and interests of each customer
  • Transfer qualified customers to our team of licensed agents who will review program options with the customer, in more detail
  • Follow-up with interested individuals by phone and/or email

Qualifications:

  • Requirements for this position include a high school diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Skills include: exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written skills, good quality research abilities, superior organizational skills, advanced multi-tasking, and the ability to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner
