Health Product Marketing Manager We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to build quality distribution for our health insurance product lines. This qualified manager will prospect and build sales distribution, follow up on web inquiries, qualify new leads and work closely with senior management. This position requires the Product Manager to be able to present an appropriate value proposition, close opportunities and manage accounts directly.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a distribution base (insurance agents, banks, affiliates)

  • Educate prospects on temporary health insurance and limited medical insurance

  • Meet a monthly quota 

  • Develop superior distribution relationships

  • Accurately forecast business and sales as required, updating management on the status of all prospects

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years managing sales appointments, generating leads and meeting quotas in an inside sales role

  • Proven track record of selling to and closing on opportunities to multiple levels within an organization

  • Ability to consistently overcome customer objections and utilize creative solution-selling skills

  • Proficiency with standard corporate tools (email, voicemail, MS Office, etc)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Account Representative:  We're looking for a Account Representative to recruit and retain insurance distribution through telemarketing efforts and sales support. You'll join our current group of enthusiastic reps, and work directly with an experienced SASid product Manager to learn more about our products and customers.

 

Primary job responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify prospects through various telemarketing activities (required to make multiple and frequent outbound calls to prospects, and ensure that the appropriate follow-ups are made)

  • Maintain relationships with prospects

  • Educate prospects on SASid products and answer questions

  • Work with Product Manager to refer sales opportunities and plan sales strategies

  • Prepare monthly activity reports on lead quantity and quality

  • Provide requested information to distribution

Required skills and experience

  • Related experience in an inside sales / lead development position

  • Ability to clearly communicate (orally and in writing) with sales teams and management, on lead generation and sales activities

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise level sales and creative solution-selling skills

  • Familiarity with email marketing or other types of Internet marketing

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Experience using MS-Office applications

Direct Sales Representative (late hours noon-9pm.):  We're looking for a Direct Sales Representative to follow up on phone and internet leads for inbound health and life insurance sales. You'll join our current group of enthusiastic reps, and work directly with an experienced SASid product Manager to learn more about our products and customers.  Work in-house in a comfortable (wear blue jeans), fun, energetic atmosphere.

Required skills and experience

  • Great attitude, ambitious, and energetic

  • Related experience in an inside sales a plus

  • Insurance license is a plus but not necessary (we will train qualified candidates)

  • Ability to clearly communicate (orally and in writing) with sales teams and management, on lead generation and sales activities

  • Familiarity with email, internet, and Microsoft products (office, word)

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, prioritize, and meet deadlines
