Shannon and I have been to 2 funerals in the past 3 weeks and they don't seem to be getting easier.
The Kennedy Group Insurance Brokerage is and always will be my dad's company.
Kennedy Group Daniel B Kennedy Died a very young man of 55 years old, on November 5th 2001, and left behind a huge legacy for us to live up to. Dad was bigger than life, he lived every day like it was his last, and conducted his business in the same manner. This go get em' attitude made him an incredibly sucessful man. It seems that at least once a week, even now people tell us how great he was. It would never fail he would walk into a restaurant or a convention and yell out this amazing "Tarzan Call" just to let everyone know he was in the house. Dad was a self described "small town struggling insurance man", where in reality after only 2 years in the insurance business, he made the Million Dollar Round Table, and continued to do so for many years to come.
Since our dad's passing, we have been busy trying to live up to his high standards. In less than 2 years we have now made the Million Dollar Round Table, with one small difference.
We have yet to meet one of our clients. Ahhhhh the power of the "net".
We miss our dad dearly, and will continue to live up to his very high standards.
