Health Claims Customer Service Representative

 

Position Description

  • Discuss insurance benefits and claims with customers in a clear manner
  • Work with claims examiners to assist with processing medical claims
  • Determine the current needs and interests of each customer
  • Perform clerical tasks and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Requirements for this position include a high school diploma
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
  • Skills include: exceptional customer service, strong verbal and written skills, good quality research abilities, superior organizational skills, advanced multi-tasking, and the ability to respond to questions in a tactful and professional manner
