Success Story – Acrisure Northwest
SASid partnered with RISQ Consulting in Alaska to help them exit the individual health insurance market, particularly ACA plans, while ensuring client satisfaction. RISQ, managing 1,500 individual clients, sought to focus on other business areas. SASid proposed tailored solutions, including a responsive call center, licensed agents, a customer-focused culture, carrier contracts, a dedicated toll-free number, a customizable landing page, and a commission-sharing model to retain revenue.
The transition faced challenges, such as time zone differences and shifting RISQ’s appointment-based system to an inbound call model, but proactive strategies ensured a smooth process. SASid transitioned over 1,000 accounts during open enrollment, conducting outbound calls to complete the process. Clients praised the team’s professionalism, responsiveness, and simplicity of the new system.
