Over the past 25 years, Shawn has been passionate about insurance tech, database design, servers, and the latest tech.
SASid’s improvements in web quoting, online purchasing, and dynamic enrolling in insurance are largely attributable to Shawn’s visions, creativity, and leadership.
Shawn acquired his health & life insurance license at the age of 18. Shawn’s first job out of college was analyzing/implementing/managing claims software for a Midwest insurance company.
Shawn is also ultimately responsible for the Financial well being of our partner insurance companies. Millions in insurance premiums flow through SASid and InsuranceTPA on a monthly basis.
Shawn attended Tarleton State University.

Shawn is an Expert in Azure Cloud Computing. Adopting Azure in 2011 as an early adopting company we are one of Microsoft’s oldest Cloud customers.
