Insurance Sales Agent – Inbound
Location: Janesville, WI or Remote
An inbound insurance agent identifies prospective customers through various inbound methods of contact; telephone, email and live web chat. This is a salaried position that receives commissions based on sales performance.
Health Claims Customer Service Representative
Location: Janesville, WI (In-Office)
The health claims customer service representatives are responsible for verifying and explaining member health benefits. Assisting customers with medical policies and helping find in-network providers to get the most out of their insurance policy.
Billing Specialist
Location: Janesville, WI (In-Office)
A billing assistant is responsible for creating and sending invoices to clients for payment and researching disputed invoices. Under the supervision of the billing manager, this position requires an individual who has the ability to work independently, is able to work under pressure, is analytical and has excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
